Shikhar Bhardwaj is a certified yoga teacher of Sivananda Ashram, Kerala. Prior to that, he worked with HCL and RSystems in IT Sales department where the challenges of work environment made him realize the need for mental and physical fitness in the work place. He then started practicing yoga and pursued his passion by introducing it to corporations and multinational companies where efficiency is the prior demand from the employees. Due to his own experience of working in multinational companies, he recognized the specific needs of corporations for yoga, and developed comprehensive yet flexible yoga sessions for them.

Katrine Aleksandra Golding, originally from Denmark, is a certified Yoga Teacher of Sivananda Ashram Neyyar Dam, Kerala. Apart from yoga she is a certified CranioSacral Therapist, and has studied anatomy and physiology through a Physiotherapy School in Denmark. She also offers guided meditation/mindfulness courses, which can fully relax people in only 10 to 15 minutes.

Nidhi Belani, an ex-cabin crew Singapore Airlines is currently a Corporate Trainer, NLP Coach and Professional Hypnotherapist. Her passion for alternate healing has also led her to become a Professional Sound Therapist proving therapies using Tibetan Singing Bowls. Her keen desire to help people develop their unique potential is brought to life via corporate workshops, retreats and one on one consultation.

Dr Manisha Sharma is a medical doctor but couldn’t pursue her career as a medical professional due to personal circumstances. Her medical background helps her to design Yoga classes as per people’s individual needs and specific medical conditions. So far, her Yoga classes have helped many people in getting rid of certain lifestyle related disorders and hormonal disorders like low back pain, diabetes, hypothyroidism, stiffness of the body and weight loss. Dr Manisha Sharma designs her classes according the needs of the students. Yoga helps in reliving modern lifestyle related issues. It rejuvenates tissues and gives strength to combat modern day working style related problems. It helps in strengthening and healing your body, relieves stiffness, makes your body flexible and gives you mental peace and happiness.
